Saw our first kangaroos whilst walking in Mount Ainslie Nature Reserve this afternoon. Also a brief encounter with a lone cockatoo. Maybe a duck-billed platypus tomorrow?!

what a great time you are having it’s hard to believe how quick your time is going in. when we stayed with friends in brisbane we had cockatoo
s singing in the tree’s every morning it was a delight to listen to
